Returns

 

All returns of blank [non-logoed] garments require an RA#. All returns of blank [non-logoed] are subject to a 15% restocking fee [20% for all Dickies and Under Armour]. All returns of blank [non-logoed] garments must be made within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise.  All items returned without an RA# will be refused.  Note: Returns or exchanges are not permitted for samples.  Please contact our customer service department your request for an authorization number.

 

Note: It is the customer's obligation to cover the cost of shipping for returned merchandise.  

 

Decorated or altered garments are not returnable.

 

Please call or e-mail us prior to  returning/exchanging an item.  We will give you a return-authorization number to ensure that your return/exchange is accepted.
